The song comes from one of my all time favorite albums. I mentioned it on here maybe a year or so ago. The band is called Angels and Airwaves. The album is I-Empire and I literally love every song that is on it. This song is called Rite of Spring and the lyrics are quite powerful. The chorus lyrics really speak to me...

I know this isn't what you wanted in a comment, but I've heard the tail end of a song by this band three times and can't catch the name. Do you know the titles of some of their more popular songs that have gotten airplay? Sorry for this, and you can ignore it, but I've gone to youtube and listened to what's there and none of them seem to be the song that I've heard. Shit, this is a dumb request, never mind.
